pasta party
Everybody loves pasta. Everybody. So when you invite people
to a pasta party, they'll come. And they'll have a marvelous
time even if you only serve the basics. But it's always nice to
do something a little different, to make your guests feel all the
more special. Serve a wide variety of pasta dishes in creative
ways. Start with an antipasta platter, maybe try your hand at
homemade pasta, and go all-out with the sauces. Marinara,
cream, pesto, garlic and oil, vegetable, meat—it's incredible
what the sauce alone does to the dish. Of course pasta stations
work great for any size of party so that guests can choose their
own add-ins—meat, seafood, a bounty of veggies, or a little of
everything. Whether you prefer to roast, grill, or sauté, adding
a wide variety of vegetables to the presentation immediately
takes the meal from ordinary to extraordinary.
