Holiday Dinner in a Glass
Try a decorative and non-traditional way to serve your holiday
meals! Layering Thanksgiving dinner in a martini glass makes
for a beautiful presentation.

Layer ingredients in a martini glass, starting with
mashed potatoes on the bottom.

Duck Confit w/ Mango Salsa
on Icebox Crackers Bun
In food processor, add flour, salt, pepper, and
rosemary and pulse to combine. Add butter
and pulse until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add parmesan and pulse until combined. Add 1
tablespoon of sour cream at a time, pulsing each
time to combine. Process until dough comes
together and is well combined. Transfer dough to
a clean work surface and shape into a 2-inch-wide
log. Wrap log with plastic wrap and refrigerate for
at least 24 hours.
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Slice well-chilled log
into ¼-inch-thick slices. Bake immediately until
crackers are golden brown and firm in the center,
25-30 minutes. Transfer to a rack to cool.
