Break out the festive chargers and color-
coordinated linens. Go crazy with sprigs of
holiday greenery on the platters, tables, and
everywhere else you can think of—it's an
easy touch that makes a huge impact in set-
ting the holiday tone. Try bright red apples
paired with a turquoise linen. We love to do
tons of cranberries. Think sprinkled around
trays, topping appetizers, in clear vessels
of every shape and size, floating in bowls,
in trays of candles. And of course boiled,
sweetened, and served with a very large
spoon. Cranberries and these other symbols
of holiday cheer make you happy and that's
what the season is all about.
