Sesame Seed-encrusted Goat Cheese
with Wonton Chips
1 goat cheese log
¼ cup black sesame seeds
¼ cup white sesame seeds
Mix the sesame seeds together and place on
parchment paper or big plate. Roll goat cheese
log in seed mixture until completely coated. Place
in refrigerator until ready to use.
A lovely visual and a very tasty hors d'oeuvre. It's so simple to do and wows your guests!

4 cups oil for frying
10 wonton wrappers, cut in half diagonally
Heat oil to about 350 degrees and fry wonton
halves for 2 minutes on each side, or until
golden brown. Cut cheese log into ¼-inch-thick
slices and serve on fried wonton chips.
