Crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 ounces butter, melted
¼ cup brown sugar
In a bowl, mix ingredients. Press into sprayed pie
pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 8-12 minutes, or until
crust is golden brown.

Filling
2 pounds cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons nutmeg
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons rum (bourbon or brandy)
1 cup heavy cream
2 eggs
4 egg yolks
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In mixer, cream
together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and rum.
Slowly stir in heavy cream, then eggs and egg yolks
one at a time. Pour over crust and bake for 30-45
minutes.
