Crudités in Mini Pilsner with Dips
3 carrots, peeled
2 zucchini, quartered lengthwise
2 yellow squash, quartered lengthwise
3 celery stalks, quartered lengthwise
Cut each vegetable into sticks about 3 inches
long and ¼-inch wide. Keep chilled until you are
ready to assemble. You can use any vegetable
you prefer.
I love this presentation for individual portions of crudities and dips. Everyone likes to double dip but nobody likes to share other
people's double dipped appetizers, so this is an appealing option. I like to arrange larger amounts by cutting all the vegetables
vertically and standing them up in glass cubes.
