Food, Fun and Fabulous 76 Thai Noodle Stirfry yield: 8 cups 3 cups cooked rice noodles or bean thread noodles 1 cup shitake mushrooms, sliced 1 cup Napa cabbage, shredded 1 cup bean sprouts 1 cup green onions, chopped 1 cup carrots, cut into matchsticks 1 cup red bell peppers, cut into matchsticks 3 pounds chicken, cooked and sliced Season sliced chicken with salt and pepper and bake. Boil shrimp with lemon juice and salt water. Choose your meats and vegetables and stir fry. Host a fun, interactive station or bar for guests to choose their toppings. Guests will enjoy making a delicious dish without having to cook. Serve the proteins hot as well as the noodles. Everything else can be cold or room temperature. Display the items in this order: noodles, vegetables, proteins, sauces. 3 pounds shrimp, cooked 1 cup cilantro, chopped ½ cup soy sauce 1 cup sweet and sour sauce ¼ cup siracha hot sauce ½ cup sesame oil ¼ cup crushed red pepper
