Good food is meant to be shared and recipes are
too, which is why I've created this collection of all-
time favorites. Some are family recipes that have
been around for generations, others are twists
on popular dishes, and still more are new flavors
developed by my son Jason, who's also our company's
executive chef. All of them have proven themselves
time and again as frequently requested Kathy G. &
Company dishes. Beyond the recipes, you'll find lots
of ideas for styling and presentation, because I believe
that a dinner party should engage all the senses in a
creative way. I love being a hostess and I have been one
all my life, even with my kids. From setting the table to
having all the "colors" or food groups represented,
I've always felt that one element was as important as
the other for the total experience.
