37 It's easy to assume that a celebrity couple is going to be a challenge to please when it comes to their big day, but nothing could be further from the truth for a couple who wanted a wedding in paradise with a relaxed, polished feel. The personal, intimate, and utterly gorgeous weekend-long event epitomized glamour and grace. The weekend began with a welcome party, which treated arriving guests to an authentic Caribbean cocktail party, complete with rum and coconut water drinks served straight from freshly cut coconuts. It was an incredible way to introduce guests to the Caribbean: delicious cuisine and exotic cocktails overlooking Seven Mile Beach. The next day—the wedding day—progressed through three different stages. The ceremony on the Great Lawn at The Ritz- Carlton of Grand Cayman included lush exotic floral designs gracing the aisle complete with a custom hand-painted monogrammed aisle runner. Following the ceremony, the poolside wedding dinner incorporated elements of baseball—an homage to the groom's profession—in the décor, combined with verdant floral accents and thousands of crystals. That evening, guests joined the wedding couple at the "J & J Lounge" for an after party that included the cake cutting held in the ballroom of The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman. Abundant swags of fabric coordinated with the wedding's theme, stunning lighting, and intimate seating made it the perfect place to end the day's celebrations. The next day, guests enjoyed brunch and a day on the water, snorkeling at Stingray City. It was truly glamour in paradise. paradise with polish j o h a r i & j i m m y
