177 On the surface, a private wedding with a very small number of guests may seem easy, but the same considerations must go into a wedding regardless of its size: food, layout, timelines, weather, and more are always factors. When a particular couple wanted to host their intimate wedding at home, special considerations had to be made for both the site and the couple. A walkway was constructed over the pool, turning it into a beautiful water feature. It became a stunning path to the canopy-covered wedding ceremony. Personal touches were added to the ceremony and the celebration that followed to make the event a truly family-centered, magical affair. The formal sit-down dinner allowed everyone to share the same table, creating an intimate setting under a canopy of lighting and flowers. In preparation for the celebration, clear communication was absolutely essential. Since the wedding was held at a private home, caterers and the set-up crew had to be considerate of the couple's schedule.
