Some couples prefer to exchange vows in a private ceremony
with only a few people in attendance, followed by a reception to
which they invite their friends and family. When a certain bride
proposed this idea, she had a little something different in mind: a
private ceremony at her home followed by an epic party that felt
like something worthy of Hollywood.
The outdoor reception was designed specifically to
accommodate a large group of people—the couple invited
scores of friends and family as well as close business associates—
and had to be an absolute blast. Guests moved about tables,
sipping cocktails, noshing on a variety of cuisine from several
local restaurants, and enjoying the enormous dessert station.
Several couples showed off their moves on the dance floor, while
others relaxed and traded stories about the bride and groom.
The entire celebration had an upbeat vibe, thanks to careful
planning and layout design, and guests enjoyed hanging out
and sharing laughs throughout the night. The couple's friends
and family had another chance to come together on the beach
for the after-party barbeque the next day. The weekend was truly
one to remember!
