ABOVE: At Silo Point, an innovative adaptive reuse design transformed
a historic industrial grain elevator into luxury condominium residences
that boast stunning 360-degree views of Baltimore harbor. Designers
Jeff Akseizer and Jamie Brown kept the penthouse light and open to
capitalize on the unparalleled outlook through the soaring curtain
window walls. The glass and steel staircase continues the open concept
and allows for seamless movement between floors without obstructing
the remarkable view.

"All the elements of a room must weave together to tell a story; following the flow of
life, there is a beginning, a middle, and an end."

FACING PAGE: The dining area is beautifully dressed and inviting. A dynamic
chandelier hovers above the sculptural glass and acrylic table, while a
subtly textured wallcovering grounds the space in warmth and comfort.

The incomparable penthouse at Silo Point emerged as
a jewel box in the sky, with scenic harbor views framing the voluminous
great room. Generous coffee tables and spacious seating allows guests
to gather flexibly throughout the space, accented by a striking geometric
rug and plush velvet pillows. Custom lighting and bespoke draperies
soften the structural columns and echo the room's impressive scale.
