array of blends coming out of Washington, he felt compelled to contribute
to the region's still-developing industry. In January of 2003, he began as
Waterbrook's assistant winemaker and was promoted to winemaker just
two years later. His passion is noticeable in every complex and refined
wine that consumers uncork. His eagerness to learn and ability to solve
problems are maximized at the winery's new facility, fully equipped with
the latest technology to optimize production and raise quality standards.
The new state-of-the-art facility was constructed in 2008 and contains a
staggering 10,000 barrels for aging, 60-plus steel tanks, and an industrial
bottling line. Its wow factor is matched by the contemporary tasting room,
which offers panoramic views of the Northwest's natural beauty from
floor-to-ceiling windows. Well-manicured grounds and the grand Blue
Mountains can be experienced fully from an inviting patio and seating area
for those who wish to venture outside.
