ABOVE: The game room was once a guest suite, but the
owners wanted a place where their very large family could
play. The renovation includes a large space with room for a
pool table and a card table. A custom iron mantel matches
the iron pool cue rack and the scrolled ironwork in the wine
cellar door.
RIGHT: An arched door with custom local ironwork leads into
the adjacent chilled wine cellar. Slate fieldstone mingles with
the natural wood to create a warm, Old World-inspired feel.
FACING PAGE: A black-bottomed infinity pool and cabana
were added to the traditional residence, which was originally
a Street of Dreams show home.
