ABOVE: The driveway is the only original part on the front
of the remodeled home. The illuminated garage sits next to
the entry, which is marked by a vertical wall sconce. Guests
climb a short flight of stairs to enter the home under the
cantilevered canopy.
FACING PAGE TOP: White stucco and expansive windows
give the home a gallery-like feel. Lights line the patio, adding
another artistic element to the southwest-facing backyard.
FACING PAGE BOTTOM: The custom linear fireplace includes
a stainless-steel hood clad in plaster. A state-of-the-art rear
projection screen spans eight feet of the living room's wall. A
floating bar behind the fireplace features a granite countertop
reinforced with a steel beam for stability. Energy efficient
features include Milgard windows and a thermal heat pump.
