ABOVE: Breathtaking views are framed by the floor-to-ceiling
glass walls in the living room, where the peaked ceiling draws
the eye upward, gifting the space with a lofty, spacious feel.
After the remodel and addition, the home spans a little over
5,000 square feet, with plenty of space for entertaining guests
or enjoying family time.
FACING PAGE TOP The second story is adorned with soft
gray stucco and features an expansive modern dormer with
cedar soffits. The new roofline is set back from the first floor
to honor the original design. Two bedrooms upstairs offer
more living space in the main house, while the guesthouse
was downsized to include one bedroom, one bath, and a
kitchenette with a modest entertaining space.
FACING PAGE BOTTOM: Expansive wall panels in the main
house and guesthouse retract to open both to the private
courtyard, where a fire pit, ample seating, and a cascading
waterfall create the ideal outdoor gathering place.

"It's incredibly fulfilling to
look at the blank slate of
a site and know that down
the road there's going to
be a home there that the
clients will absolutely love
and that our team is proud
to have designed."
