ABOVE & RIGHT: This contemporary home is an artful response
to typical Northwest design challenges such as building a
home on a sloping narrow site, and on the lakefront. On
approach, one is greeted with an understated front door
and detailed wood and stainless steel finishes. Spaces and
fenestration are organized to take advantage of the lake
views, and colors used on the waterfront face of the home
blend with the natural setting.
FACING PAGE TOP: Floor-to-ceiling glass walls capitalize on
the view and maximize natural light, creating a bright feel
even on cloudy days.
FACING PAGE BOTTOM: Glass and wood elements carry the
home's overall design concept indoors and allow for minimal
interruptions to the light and scenery between levels.
