ABOVE & RIGHT: The Overlook Lodge features high-
performance windows that capitalize on the view. Together
with the five homes in Phase 1 of the project, the lodge earned
an AIA Design Award for its innovative use of site design. The
project's sensitivity to the landscape and the cluster design
drastically reduces its environmental impact.
FACING PAGE TOP: Built to complement the surrounding
homes, the lodge features timber framing and native northern
Montana stone on the façade.
FACING PAGE BOTTOM: Voluminous spaces inside serve
the community, whether for HOA meetings or private family
gatherings. A massive stone fireplace and tall ceilings give
the lodge an Old-World feel, but with modern features that
benefit the environment.
