C U STO M B U I L D E R 237 Stark Construction, Inc. Diversity, creativity, and dedication to clients are just a few hallmarks of Stark Construction's work. Since its founding in 1981, the team at Stark has built and remodeled noteworthy homes in the Eastside and Seattle areas. Steve Stark represents the second generation of Stark Construction and continues the firm's guiding principle of people-centered home building it was founded upon. He has intentionally kept the firm small to ensure each homeowner receives a personal boutique experience. This allows Steve to devote the attention to each project necessary to build a home that clients love and will stand the tests of time. His goal for each project is to fulfill homeowners' individual and unique requests while still honoring and adhering to the architect's original vision. Although it is sometimes a balancing act, working as the intermediary between owners, architects, and subcontractors, is something that Steve and the team at Stark Construction excel at. Only the best will do for Stark Construction, and that includes building materials. With respect for the owners' budget and an understanding that durable materials ensure longevity in a home, Steve and his team price out their jobs with care to ensure that clients receive the best value. Through continual communication with all parties involved, the firm is constantly improving its process to serve its clients better. In fact, homeowners can view their homes through digital photo updates via secure access on the Stark Construction website. Not only does this keep the client up to date on the process, but it also allows them to be involved, ask questions, and offer feedback. This spirit of teamwork between Stark and its clientele permeates every part of the process, and homeowners simply love the experience. Perfect rectilinear lines inside and out required meticulous attention to detail, fit, and finishes throughout the building process.
