ABOVE: The Beach Avenue estate in Roberts Creek, British
Columbia, required a total renovation that transformed it
from a Spanish style stucco building into a modern beach
side residence with manicured lawns and gardens and a
separate guest house. Glimpses of the water views can be
seen before even entering this exquisite home.
