Bold and clean, this energetic Syrah presents a perfumed
bouquet that's filled with the sultry aromas of dark cherry,
licorice, mocha, and some hints of cracked pepper and herbs.
The palate is robust, coating the mouth with thick flavors of
blueberry jam, wild vine blackberries, toasted nuts, and an
intricate layer of leathery spice. The mid-palate presents a
plethora of texture yet manages to stay fresh and graceful with
a juicy acidity and elegantly sleek tannins that segue into a
luxurious and lengthy finish.

Our Jet Black Syrah hails from our Destiny Ridge Estate Vineyard.
Small individual lots of whole berry fermentation create the
deep and intense black color in this special wine. It's energetic
and bold. We hand-harvest and hand-process grapes during our
passionate winemaking process, to ensure consistency among
vintages.
