Sagemoor customers represent the largest of Washington State wineries, as well as boutique operations. Many of the winemaking clients actively participate in viticulture decision-making within their preferred blocks to reach their own flavor-profile goals. Precision farming techniques such as vigor mapping, soil profiling, variety selection, row orientation, and selected harvest techniques are used to manage yields, balance canopy with crop load, optimize sun exposure, and ensure consistent quality fruit.
