The SoDo Urban Works tasting center, in particular, offers a number of wineries within walking

100 wineries and tasting rooms from wineries across the state await. The area's oldest winery,
Chateau Ste. Michelle, imparts Old World style to the region and stands as an homage to the

home.
Located in the Puget Sound AVA, the region boasts a temperate, maritime climate, making it
the coolest and wettest growing region in the state. Pinot Noir is the region's most planted
variety, followed by Riesling, but it's suitable to interesting varietals seen nowhere else in
Washington: Regen, Siegerrebe, Madeleine Angevine, Muller Thurgau, and more.
Whether you wish to explore the bustling urban environment in Seattle, step out among the
