142 Signature Wines and Wineries of Washington Amphitheater, which the couple sold 10 years later—along with the winery building—to MCA Concerts to return their focus to growing exceptional wine grapes. Another decade later, in 2000, Cave B Estate Winery was established. Named for the historical use of wine caves and the idea that Cave B hopes guests can "B" inspired by the natural beauty, a wide range of events, and the incredible flavor profile of their wines from their all estate vineyards. The winery sits on the original 310-acre property purchased in 1979. Today 17 vineyards, many trees, flowers, and grass grow on the land that possesses so much natural beauty that it takes one's breath away. The facilities at the winery complement the stunning natural landscape with the original production facility faced, by hand, with rocks from two quarries on the property. A barrel cave was also added at the time, and in 2005, the Bryans built the Cave B Resort, now the Cave B Inn & Spa Resort—that included TOP: Flower lined walkway to our Quincy tasting room BE;OW LEFT: Our grape lined Piazza provides a beautiful space for weddings, winemaker dinners and picnics.
