An exotic and rich wine, the Cabernet Sauvignon is filled with
aromas and flavors of blackberry and black cherry fruit, with
nuances of chocolate, forest floor, and minerals.
winemaker's insight
The Galitzine Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon captures the best
of what Red Mountain has to offer. Composed primarily of
Cabernet Sauvignon from the Galitzine Vineyard, small amounts
of Cabernet Sauvignon from other vineyards are blended in to
add complexity and aroma. After harvest and fermentation, the
wine was aged in 100 percent French oak for 20 months.
