This wine explodes with a nose of plum, black cherry, black
currant, and spice including nutmeg and allspice. The mouthfeel
exhibits a roundness with silky tannins, leading to a finish of oak,
vanilla, cranberry, and pomegranate.
winemaker's insight
This blend of Bordeaux varietals come from selected blocks at
our Southwind Vineyard, then from barrel selections made in the
winery. This wine is made in very small quantities.
