This Cabernet Sauvignon is made to be the perfect
representation of the Walla Walla Valley and the distinct estate
vineyards there. Doubleback walks a fine line to produce an
elegant and structured cabernet that is approachable in its youth
yet will age gracefully for decades.
winemaker's insight
Doubleback has a "vineyard first" winemaking approach. We
meticulously manage our estate properties to have lots of
airflow and sunlight while carrying light crop loads to ensure
ripeness and balance. Our vineyard sites are spread out
throughout the Walla Walla AVA so that we can naturally
balance our wine to be a perfect representation of the Valley
as a whole in a classic and elegant way—as beautifully
demonstrated in our Cabernet Sauvignon.

CELLARING: May be enjoyed five years from vintage year or up to
15-20 years
