Two of the Middleton family members play key roles in the
day-to-day operations at Cadaretta Winery. Rick Middleton is
the CEO and oversees all aspects of Cadaretta, and his sister,
Kris Middleton, is involved with the event planning, tasting
room, and social media and represents the family at most of
the winery's events, reserve tastings, and dinners. Winemaker
Peter Devison joined the team in 2017 after completing 18
vintages of winemaking in both New Zealand and Washington
State.
The full Cadaretta Winery experience includes a stop at the
Tasting Gallery located in downtown Walla Walla. There, the
story of the winery unfolds even more so, with old-growth
wooden tables and walls decorated in large, oversized photos
from the Middleton family's logging history. Naturally, photos
