7 the Inn and Tendrils restaurant. The Round House followed in 2007, with a tasting room carved out of the basalt rock on the lower floor, and a 250-person event room and kitchen provide space for special events above. The Bryans' passion continues to grow with a 15-acre outdoor special event space and a larger winery production facility added in 2015, and the Cave B Summer Music Theater built in 2017. Although the many seasonal events, including the Grape Stomping Harvest Festival, the Caveman Roar & Pour 5K Trail Fun Run, "B" Inspired Summer Music Theater Series with a special concert series featuring the Yakima Symphony Orchestra, and the Wine Release Dinner, draw guests from around the world, it is the award-winning wines that ultimately garner Cave B the respect and admiration of consumers and critics alike. Winemaker Freddy Arredondo believes in minimal intervention, and each wine captures the essence of the fruit that's unique to the terroir. With 17 different grape varieties, Cave B produces 25 different wines including; Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Syrah, the Bordeaux blend CuveƩ du Soleil, wine club exclusive Order of the Cave, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Blanc de Blanc sparkling white, and more. Quite simply, there's something for every wine lover at Cave B, and the Bryans and their team look forward to introducing guests to an exceptional wine experience.
