TOP LEFT FACING PAGE – Living Room. The recent renovations by J5 Ranch
spared no expense in restoring the home to its formal glory. All trim work
and flooring was painstakingly removed, refinished and reinstalled with
attention to the historic detail.
BOTTOM LEFT FACING PAGE- Formal Dining Room. The current owners
have tastefully blended the old and the new to create and elegant but
modern ambience to the room.
TOP RIGHT – The owners have successfully incorporated a beautiful modern
kitchen into this old masterpiece with details maintaining the historic charm
of the home while providing for the modern needs of today. The cabinets
were hand crafted from long leaf pine complimenting the original fireplace
mantel, flooring and trim work.
CENTER RIGHT – Guest bedroom featuring the owner's twin beds imported
from Italy once belonging to her mother.
BOTTOM RIGHT – Elegant and spacious master bath featuring Carrera marble
and a large pedestal tub paying tribute the historic heritage of the home.
