FACING PAGE TOP & BOTTOM – When the current owners purchased
the home, the massive back yard was basically a blank slate. The imposing
porch on the rear of the home had been removed many years prior and
was replaced to match the original. The swimming pool and outdoor
recreation area were recently added to accommodate the young family
by adding modern conveniences and amenities to a century-old home.

leading to the second floor. The landing is illuminated by three ten-foot
stained glass windows custom made for the home.

RIGHT – Upstairs Central Hall. This wide central hallway leads to four
large bedrooms and the front balcony. It boasts a large fireplace with the
original glazed brick. This area is large enough for a comfortable seating
area and was most likely utilized as a more casual gathering area or, for
children to play away from the more formal areas of the home.
