named the project Suncatch.

FACING PAGE, TOP & BOTTOM: The project consists of 54,000 square feet of floor space. Of that, 24,500 square feet is for living space and 29,500 square feet is for
a 37-car showroom under the house. The Southern California estate was finished in 2005. The late Julius Shulman, famed architectural photographer, stated at the
open house of Suncatch in 2005, that "This home is the greatest residential architecture of the 21st century."
