An unconventional blend of eight distinct varieties, the Chorum
Red Reserve is a refreshing break from winemaking tradition.
Every year this wine showcases the intensity, the elegance, and
the gusto from the vineyard. By combining the dark, juicy Rhone
varieties with the red fruit, tannin-driven Bordeaux varieties, this
wine offers nuances that both layer and harmonize. Although the
blend changes every year to reflect the vintage, each year the
Chorum has perfect pitch.

COMPOSITION: 34% Syrah, 24% Grenache, 16% Petite Sirah, 11%
Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot, 1% Zinfandel,
1% Merlot
MATURATION: Aged 30 months in 20% new French oak, 10% new
American oak.
CELLARING: Delicious now but can be cellared up to 10 or 15 years.
