This dish makes use of the robust tannins with a juicy duck breast, as well as highlighting the earthy and herbaceous notes in this wine with mustard greens, turnips, and radishes. tasting notes The first thing you will notice is the beautiful deep, red color. Your nose will discover beautiful mineral driven notes of slate, flint, and river rock. These notes lead to bright fruit notes of cranberry, bright cherry, with a hint of black tea. The vines are hand pruned, the grapes are hand harvested and fermentation is done in small tanks. The wine is aged solely in oak barrels for a minimum of two full years before release.
