In the red portfolio, Allegretto's double gold Tannat is a robust
wine with classic notes of cinnamon and cherries and the
Malbec is redolent with blackberry and plum aromas; and the
opulent Cabernet Sauvignon shows a velvety finish.
The contemporary-designed Allegretto wine tasting room
opens up to the 12,000 square-foot Piazza del Magica,
anchored by six 100-year-old olive trees and reminiscent of
Florence's famous palazzos and cloisters of the Benedictine
monasteries.
The resort is a soul-sustaining sanctuary, a world unto itself
where guests can engage in exceptional experiences: tour the
halls' art and antiques, find quiet in the Abbey, rejuvenate with
yoga, or lounge with a glass of Allegretto wine in the Piazza
del Magica.
