tasting notes
Co-fermenting Viognier and Vermentino produces balanced
acidity with aromas of cardamom and orange blossom. This light-
bodied wine is rounded out with notes of pineapple and crisp
apple.
winemaker's insight
All of the grapes for this unique white wine are grown at the
Allegretto Resort Vineyard. The Viognier and Vermentino are
harvested together. After chilling the grapes overnight, they are
gently pressed to extract the highest quality juice. The clean,
settled juice is fermented in neutral oak barrels for nearly two
years before bottling.
