Signature Wines and Wineries of Coastal California
is the largest gathering of American Wines in the world, continues
to validate their winemaking style of producing lush, silky, and
perfectly balanced wines.
Écluse continues to enter their wines in this competition each year
where every wine entered has garnered medals. They have also
been honored over the years with high scores from noted critics
and wine media—among them, Robert M. Parker, Jr., Jeb Dunnuck,
Wine Enthusiast, the San Francisco International Wine Competition,
Tanzer's International Wine Cellar, and Affairs of the Vine, to name
a few.
The special terroir of Lock Vineyard produces extraordinary
wines. These include their single varietal Cabernet Sauvignon,
Syrah, Zinfandel and Petite Sirah, along with a variety of blends:
Ensemble, a Bordeaux-style blend; Rendition, a Rhone-style blend;
Improv, an eclectic, improvisational red blend; and Insider, a limited
production, hand-crafted blend inspired by their Insider Club. For
