BIG WHITE HOUSE
ALFIE'S AMALGAMATION
gourmet pairings
Serve this with a rack of lamb
with cherry demi-glace, over
potatoes roasted in the same
pan. Add a grilled kale salad
with Satsuma-yuzu dressing to
round it out.
tasting notes
In the nose you'll find cinnamon, black tea, and white pepper.
Good balance accentuates a mouth of bright cherry, cocoa, and
allspice. You'll notice structure from the Petite Sirah, spice from
the Zinfandel, and fruit from the Cabernet.
winemaker's insight

Alfie's Amalgamation is a blend of Petite Sirah, Cabernet

such, the proportions of his wine vary from year to year. Like its
namesake, Alfie's Amalgamation just wants a little attention and
it will reward you with love.
