FACING PAGE & BELOW: The ground floor features a two-story great room for dining and wine tastings, with an open butane fireplace. The house also boasts a
semi-detached, three-story cabana house which has a ground-floor kitchen, second-floor gym, and top-floor guest suite. LED lighting technology enhances all the
interior and exterior spaces to provide an even, glowing effect.
FACING PAGE TOP: The most prominent design feature is the second-floor floating master bathroom. My team and I used large cantilevered steel beams allow this
space to float above the roof garden on top of the garage.
FACING PAGE CENTER: The kitchen and interiors created by Rocio Carbonell included solid rovere termocotto wood cabinets with unique marquina quartz slabs.
The ceiling was designed as three-dimensional with alternating slopes.
FACING PAGE BOTTOM: The master spa includes a rain-shower head, body sprays, and adjoining steam chamber. Finishes included Italian porcelain floors and
ming green marble slabs.
