BELOW & FACING PAGE: When LS3P took on a three-phase renovation to an existing 4,000 square-foot suburban residence, the work
touched all aspects of the home, including the interior, exterior, landscaping, and technology. The original structure, an abandoned
mid-century modern home, had fallen into serious disrepair. The intent during the renovation was to celebrate the home's modern
roots, while undressing and redressing the structure using current materials and methods that lent durability and enhanced character.
