THE MODERN RESIDENCE
BELOW TOP: The central vertical space is capped with a glass pyramid rather than a dome. The light from the skylight trickles
down into the upstairs loft, which is suspended between the adjoining walls and creates a gap where that light can reflect
indirectly down into the living room.
BELOW BOTTOM: The kitchen is outfitted with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and custom concrete countertops. A breakfast
area with south-facing glass opens out to a landscaped patio area with built-in grill.
