Tanga Winstead Tanga Winstead
Looking back, Tanga Winstead has been drawn to design ever since she can remember. What
seemed like hobbies—rearranging furniture, painting walls, and accessorizing her room—were
actually the early signs of a lifelong passion. Tanga eventually found her way into interior design
through fashion and the retail industry, which helped develop her love of color, texture, and form.
She has studied and traveled extensively, but found her home in New Orleans where she has
established her namesake firm, Tanga Winstead Designs, and carved her niche. Artistic, eclectic, and
full of life, the spaces that Tanga designs are reflections of the homeowners' desires and an homage
to her endless creativity and enthusiasm for interiors and problem-solving.
