ABOVE LEFT & RIGHT: The animals in this home are as much a part of the family as any human, so the interior had to work
for them too. The homeowners give the animals their own zones, leaving the back deck and backyard accessible through
a laundry room doggy door, so the dogs can go in and out throughout the day. The kitties have the master suite as well
as their own feeding room. In the afternoons, the kitties enjoy resting on the Kagan chairs in the living room. The first to
enjoy the Kagan sofa were the pups. The walls of windows allow the dogs to look out and keep watch over the house and
their humans.
