Inside "Modern Eyes," the two-story great room features a book-matched Panda marble accent wall with a steam LED
fireplace. The interior floor is covered throughout with 48-inch by 48-inch light-gray Italian porcelain tile.
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and wet bar provide optimal entertainment for this modern home. The kitchen
features light gray, dark gray, and mirrored Italian cabinets with a floating soffit above the Calacatta marble island.
Recessed linear LED lights and the recessed, flush-mounted hood continue the streamlined effect.
Completely decked in polished Calacatta marble from floor to ceiling, the third-floor primary bath faces the city skyline.
The central focus is on the floating tub, with the dark-gray river rock dividing the bathroom between the "his and hers"
vanity areas. A large walk-in shower and private toilet room are also included.
The first-floor powder room packs a punch in a small space, thanks to the mirrored wall that visually expands the square
footage while adding to the dramatic aesthetic. The Sahara Noir marble on the walls is complemented by an LED accent
strip while a floating, circular LED light frames the wall-mounted mirror above the sink — also formed in the same marble.
