The main living room seamlessly blends sophistication with inviting comfort, featuring a designated area for a baby
grand piano that serves as a stunning focal point as does the charcoal wine room. The soaring vaulted ceilings were
reduced from the existing height; the original build tried to maximize size, without paying proper attention to proportion.
Clerestory windows are an appropriate accent for the extra height and natural light.
The striking custom wine room is a showpiece, designed to highlight both the collection and the space itself. Enclosed
entirely in glass, it features an unobstructed view of the curated bottles within. The walls are finished with hand-
troweled Venetian plaster, creating a dramatic yet refined backdrop. Inside, the "individual peg" style wine racks add a
modern, minimalist touch — each bottle is displayed with elegance and precision.
The family room exudes warmth and modern elegance, highlighted by custom white oak cabinetry with tambour
paneling and metal mesh inlays. The rich wood tones contrast beautifully with the dramatic, floor-to-ceiling stone
slab fireplace. Large bi-folding doors open fully, seamlessly blending the indoor space with the backyard and pool area,
creating an ideal setting for both relaxation and entertaining.
In the kitchen, modern design and functionality unite via a neutral palette, clean lines, and high-end finishes to create
a stylish space to gather, cook, and enjoy. Custom white oak and white painted cabinetry offers ample storage, with
sleek, minimalist hardware that enhances the contemporary aesthetic. A stunning waterfall-edge countertop provides
a sleek, continuous flow of stone at the island. The kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances, including a unique
"fresh fridge" with a glass panel front for easy access and visualization of ingredients.
