STONEBRIAR LOCAL RULES: Out of Bounds: defined by white stakes, property fences, roads (on or crossing), tunnels, and interior walls inside property fences (including hedge and flowerbed walls such as on 6, 11, 14, and 16). Tunnels are out of bounds, defined by where the concrete wall of the tunnel starts. White stakes left of the lateral hazard on number 3 of the Country Club course define out of bounds. Gimmie Putts: only putts that are inside of the BLACK Tape band on the flag stick are good. A putt is considered good if any part of the ball touches the black tape line. If a player is caught taking putts outside of this tape band their team will be disqualified. There will be ZERO tolerance. Ground Under Repair: flower and decorative beds with metal or stone edging on the interior of the course, pebbled walkways, fire ant hills, French drains (some covered in pebbles), sod seams, and cracks in the ground are deemed ground under repair. Rule 25-1. Trees: if a tree has a stake, water bag, support wire, or a deep trench around it and it interferes with your stance or swing, relief is allowed. Rule 24-2. There is no relief from trees with wire fencing around the trunk (to prevent beaver damage) so the ball must be played as is lies however the wire is a movable obstruction and can be moved. USGA Rules will govern all play except where Local Rules supersede. The 14-Club Rule will be in effect. RULES OF PLAY
