spot for civilized wining and dining. Guests explore wine flights
for the best variety in pairing and sharing, and can sample a
new menu of handcrafted dishes created each week in the
display kitchen. During summer the herb garden provides a
beautiful background for dining al fresco. A little more laid back,
the Bunnell-Newhouse Tasting Studio invites you to pull up a
barstool and prepare for some serious wine tasting. It's located
in the Woodinville wine warehouse district and like the wine
bar, showcases wines made by Ron Bunnell for both the Bunnell
Family labels and Newhouse Family Vineyards. The tasting
selections at both locations change monthly.
Wine flights at Bunnell's tasting rooms and bistro feature primarily
vineyard designated wines that show off Washington's dynamic
terroir. At Wine o'Clock, half a dozen curated flights comprise
the ever-changing offerings, including "Surfeit of Syrahs" and
"Game of Rhônes." Visitors experience the differences created
by the diverse microclimates and AVAs of Washington State.
It's always fun, and always flavorful. Oenophiles can take a trip
back in time, thanks to a Coravin system which offers access
to an extensive library dating back to 2004. This allows tasters
to explore how the wines from the Bunnell Family change and
develop over time.
