Other key members of the operation include Bal Flores, who
has been the vineyard manager for 14 years; Carrie McGuinn,
who serves as Wine Club manager and office administrator;
and Ashtyn Mann, who manages the tasting room operations.
Jamie Dowell, marketing director, Cassy Schlunegar, assistant
Wine Club manager, and Alexa Hammond, who manages the
Tsillan Cellars Woodinville tasting room, further ensure guests
and consumers experience the best of what Tsillan Cellars has
to offer. At Sorrento's, Executive Chef Brian Ensminger and
Executive Banquet Chef Brett Rayment craft Italian cuisine
that's bar none.
Throughout the year, guests are invited to attend public events
including Red Wine and Chocolate, Lake Chelan Spring Release,
Spring Barrel Tasting, Lake Chelan Crush, and Fall Barrel Tasting.
The winery's breathtaking views are also perfect for weddings
and special events catered by Sorrento's. Wine Club members
