Syrah captures the essence of winemaking that honors the art
of the grape. From a deep blue-violet emerge silky tannins
and balanced acids—this is truly an expressive wine. Little
intervention goes into making our Syrah; we prefer to invest
in the best fruit possible and then let the grapes ferment and
mature largely on their own.
