At that moment, the name for their future winery was clear:
Structure Cellars. Today, Structure Cellars wines occupy a
place of prestige in Washington. The portfolio includes the
winery's Everyday-Special Blue label wines, White label
"Foundation" wines, and Brown label 100 percent single
vineyard "Structure+Terroir" wines. Brandee's passion for
architecture never died and is evident on each label of
Structure wine.
The perfect example of Brian's approach to winemaking would
be unpretentious, approachable, and food friendly. No matter
which label graces the bottle you choose, the same simple
winemaking style is evident in all Structure Cellars wines.
Being true to varietal, Brian often takes a non-interventionist
approach to the fruit, allowing the best of what each grape
has to offer to come through brilliantly on its own.
From Thursday through Sunday, Brian and Brandee are at
their Seattle tasting rooms, personally circulating among the
guests and refilling glasses for those who just can't get enough

towering 20' long steel Wine Wall which holds 768 bottles of wine.
